Antibody fragments expand what PET imaging can ‘see’ in mice |

An 18F labeled antibody fragment was injected into a mouse engrafted with a pancreatic cancer. After two hours, the labeled antibody fragment lights up secondary lymphoid organs, as well as immune cells attracted to the cancer, and thus “sees” where the pancreatic cancer has grown.
