In this video explains Pseudo first order reaction: A reaction which experimentally follows first order but from theoretical rate equation its order is more than one is called pseudo first order reaction Example: 1 C2H5I + H2O → C2H5OH + HI Rate =K* C2H5I Concentration of water is taken unity i.e it does not get altered during the reaction. So, experimental or actual rate is as follows Rate = K *C2H5I
