With the development of remote network

technology, the systems of remote data collection, remote

control and remote monitor have been widely used more and

more. Data transmission is a key in these systems, thus a

universal data transmission platform is urgently needed. In this

paper, a data transmission platform based on 3G network is

proposed, which realize the data communication with the

public network through adopting 3G modem to access 3G

network.
