242. หน่วยวัดคุณภาพวารสาร (Journal Ranking Metrics)

หน่วยวัดคุณภาพวารสารวิชาการหลายชุดที่ชุมชนวิจัยนานาชาติใช้เป็นเครื่องมือเพื่อช่วยประเมินคุณภาพวารสาร ได้แก่ 1. Impact Factor (IF) เป็นฐานข้อมูลเพื่อตรวจสอบค่า Impact Factor (IF) ของวารสาร Journal Citation Reports(JCR) และมีการจัดกลุ่มตามสาขาวิชา จำนวน 172 สาขา หรืออ่านข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ IF Thai-Journal Impact Factors (TCI Journal Impact Factors) Impact Factor 2009 SCI Journal Symbioton 2. Eigenfactor  ประกอบไปด้วย 2 ค่า คือ ค่า AI (Article Influence) หมายถึง การวัดคุณภาพของวารสารโดยวัดจำนวนการอ้างอิงต่อหนึ่งบทความ เปรียบเทียบกับค่า Impact Factor   ค่า EF (Eigenfactor) หมายถึง จำนวนการอ้างอิงที่ได้จากบทความทั้งหมด ของวารสารที่ตีพิมพ์ในปีนั้นๆ 3. SJR (SCImago Journal Rank) เป็นดัชนีที่ใช้ข้อมูลการอ้างอิง มาจากฐานข้อมูล Scopus มีหลักการเหมือนกับ Page Rank ของ Google แต่มีวิธีคำนวณซับซ้อนมากกว่าค่า IF    4.SNIP เป็นข้อมูลการอ้างอิงมาจากฐานข้อมูล Scopus เป็นการแก้ปัญหาของค่า IF ที่ความแตกต่างระหว่างสาขาวิชา จะเป็นการวัดค่าเฉลี่ยของจำนวนการอ้างอิงที่ได้รับต่อหนึ่งบทความ 5. H-Index เป็นข้อมูลการอ้างอิงจากฐานข้อมูล Scopus ของบริษัท Elsevier นิยมใช้ในการวัดคุณภาพของ Individual researchers หรือเข้าไปดูในฐานข้อมูล  ISI WEBOf Science 6. Usage   ที่มา ruchareka          สวทช
